Our approach
Five steps, in this order.
Each conditions the next. None can be skipped, even when the client already has a precise idea of what they wish to install.
First conversation
30–60 min · Telephone or video · No commitment
A conversation by telephone or video. We understand the context: the nature of the property, its uses, simultaneous residents, past incidents, existing equipment, access and confidentiality constraints. Its purpose is simple: to decide together whether there is merit in going further.
On-site audit
1–2 days · Site visit · Written report
One or two days on site depending on the size of the property. Site survey, flow analysis, access mapping, evaluation of existing systems, vulnerability cartography. The deliverable is a written report, handed over in person or via a secure channel — never sent in clear.
Specifications document
Day +10 · Bespoke technical brief
A bespoke technical document. It sets out protection objectives, zones to secure, chosen technologies, cybersecurity requirements, supervision level and maintenance terms. This document is yours. It may be handed to any integrator of your choice — the practice binds you to nothing. Delivered with a comparison of three scenarios — minimalist, recommended, extended.
Deployment
Variable duration · Full project management
Should you entrust us with implementation, we manage the entirety of the works. Coordination of contractors, equipment control, configuration, live testing, user training. Each arrangement is delivered with complete technical documentation and an incident recovery plan.
Supervision & review
Continuous · Annual review
Continuous supervision, scheduled maintenance. An annual review lets the system evolve with usage, threats, and available technologies. An unrevised arrangement loses efficacy faster than it ages technically.
